WHICH BANKS DO YOU APPLY TO?
We apply to all the major banks. If you are already a client of one
of these banks we will apply to that particular bank first, based
on your application requirements.
WILL I BE ABLE TO COMPARE THE DIFFERENT OFFERS?
Yes. Your consultant will explain the different packages the banks
are willing to offer you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY BOND APPROVED?
The banks will usually take about 72 hours to produce an Approval
In Principal, which is subject to a favorable valuation of the
property.
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED?
We need your personal and financial information, as well as bank
details. These documents are needed to help the banks assess your
application favorably.
HOW CAN I DETERMINE THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?
Your consultant will keep you updated throughout the process, via
email and/or telephone.
WILL I GET DOCUMENTED PROOF OF MY APPROVAL?
Yes. Your consultant will forward the approval documentation, which
needs to be signed and accepted.
HOW SECURE IS MY INFORMATION?
We are committed to the Code of Banking Practice which specifies
that we ensure that your personal information is protected.
DO YOU GUARANTEE TO GET ME A LOAN?
We have established strong relationships with the participating
banks, but all lending by the banks is subject to your ability to
afford the loan and willingness to repay.
